WORKING STUDENT: QUALITY AND REGULATORY SUPPORT (PART-TIME)

 

Location: Haermonics, Microlab, Eindhoven, The Netherlands

Duration: 3-6 months (asap)

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Working Student to join our Quality and Regulatory Support team. This role is crucial in supporting the development and execution of our Quality Management System, ensuring our products meet regulatory standards and contribute to improving patient outcomes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of essential documentation and information to ensure compliance with market requirements.
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline and enhance our regulatory processes and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
  • Support Quality Management system activities by evaluating, summarizing, and presenting outcomes to influence process improvements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to prepare and release documentation critical to our regulatory commitments.
  • Aid in managing documentation change control and ensure efficient records management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Biomedical Engineering/Sciences, (Technical) Medicines, or related.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience or strong interest in quality assurance and regulatory processes in the MedTech industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
